Make Money on the Web
Are you looking for ways to make money on the Internet? Tired of sorting through all of those sites that require you to jump through hoops and do stuff like work? Too bad. Most of these sites require something of you. Here are a few of my favorites. I'll add more as soon as I have a chance to try them for myself. If you a program you want to submit, see my guidelines below.
Most of the stuff should open in a new browser. If you have any problems with that, let me know at briankuhl@briankuhl.com
PayPal is a good way to get paid by a lot of these services. No many pay by check, so you'll probably need to sign up. I figure I might as well get credit for it if you haven't signed up yet.
You can get paid for posting links to forums, twitter, or anywhere else. If you use traffic exchanges, you can even use adf.ly links for text and banner ads or for splash pages. (You're not allowed to use them directly in the rotation or for PTC links. See terms for details.) If you have a site that a lot of people visit, they even have a page-entry script that allows you to have the interstitial or banner ads appear, even if they didn't use a shortened link.
I haven't gotten paid from them yet, but there is a low payout of $5. (The forums have proof of payemnt section.)
Inboxdollars.com and Inboxpays.com both pay for tasks like surveys and clicking on links. I have yet to cash out for either program. InboxPays is $50 cashout while InboxDollars is only $30, so I'm hopeful that I'll have news soon.
With Swagbucks, you also do stuff like surveys, but you get points to redeem for stuff like electronics and gift cards. I'm actually kind of close to getting a cheap gift card, but I think I may hold out for Amazon.com. It looks like the better-known ones are more expensive.
Cash4Books.net is in the business of buying books. Well, some of them, anyway. They're kind of selective, which is understandable considering that books are so heavy. I have sold them books and gotten a check that I took to the bank. (Yes, it cleared.) Plus, they give you a prepaid shipping label.
SpiderMetrix has all sorts of short surveys, questions, and occasionally contests. It's hard to earn points, but there are a variety of prizes that don't require too much. (They do have cash, too.)
Do you like to write? Want to get paid for your opinions? Try Epinions. It's American, but you can redeem from any country. The minimum is $10 for American addresses and $100 for all others. Check the help section for more details.
EasyHits4U is a good traffic exchange. You can promote a lot of the referral programs listed above. They also pay 30 cents per 1000 sites viewed, ten cents per referral if they surf 100 sites. (Hint, hint) Their referral program is 5 levels for free members (10%, 5%, 3%, 2% and 1%) or 6 levels if you upgrade (15%, 10%, 5%, 3%, 2% and 1%). I have gotten cashout from them, but you're not going to make a lot of money here. The big advantage will be traffic.
Ok. Here's the part where I tell you how to send stuff to me. If you know of a site where you can make money on the web, send it to briankuhl@briankuhl.com. I'm not looking banner ads right now. What I really want is distributed processing programs that work like SETI@home, but pay. If you know of any, send those to me rush delivery.
